    This knife cuts threw salmon like it’s nothing it’s so easy to use I effortlessly cut threw any kind of fish. I would recomend this knife to anyone who uses fillet knifes often. It’s so sharp I love this knife.
    Have always been a fan of Victorinox items. It's a normal fillet knife but the brand uses quality steel and it holds its edge for quite some time without the need for resharpening. Recommend this brand to anyone i talk to.
    This knife is awesome! The blade is flexible enough to flex around bone but not flexible enough to break. The blade is firm and sharp! This is perfect for restaurants.

    These are pretty decent for boning out chickens. They can withstand the heavy day to day use of a professional kitchen. Even of a meat packing plant.
