Love, love these sharp little guys. Thin and flexible blade. Affordable enough to have multiples. Mine haven't stained but if they do i feel confident that a little bleach will get them looking great again.

Great paring knife, but I'd go with the large handle version (Victorinox 47508) for most adult hands. I find the small handle makes my hand more likely to slip over the guard and get too close to the blade.

Made by the swiss army company! Nice edge and finish and grip handle fairly sharp though not as smooth at cutting as we expected. Works well for apples!

I think that Victorinox makes some of the best knives. They take and hold an edge. The handles fit great in my hand and never pinch. I keep a bunch read to go and at the price I can afford to have a lot of them.

This a beautiful paring knife, I bought it after reading the Serious Eats review from Amazon, but the price is better here. This is the sharpest non-serrated knife I have and gets a good amount of use, but it's still incredibly sharp and has held up even after sharpening it a ton.

Bought the smaller size of this as well. Both are sharp and good for cutting fruits and vegetables. My 11 year old also likes using this knife because it cuts better than some of the other knives we have. Would buy again.
