Customer Service from Turbo Air is bad, quality of item is bad. I received the item and realized that I needed an inch higher so I delayed installing it. I setup some square metal tubing on the base to increase this height, this took me a while since I needed to come up with this idea at first. Once I set that metal base up, I tried to install this TSOS-4 shelf but then I realized that the workmanship on it is bad. The shelf hole, where the poles go in, it's crooked and not completely straight/vertical. I looked carefully along the shelf and there were no bends or damage which means that's how it came from the manufacturer and it wasn't due to any shipping damage. Their phone number is 310-900-1085, email department is really slow and takes about 3 wees to respond after numerous follow ups. And when they respond, it's this: Turbo Air doesn’t handle any damage related matters after delivery. Please contact the dealer you have purchased those items from to see what could be your options at this point.
