Easily load and retrieve trays of your pre-made salads, sides, and desserts with the Traulsen Specification Line RAC37-18 reach-in solid half door air curtain refrigerator! This unit's air curtain design lets you keep the doors open while you load and unload products, maintaining safe internal temperatures for up to 60 minutes. However, unlike standard air curtain units, it also allows you to close the doors to conserve energy. For added convenience, its 2 solid 1/2 doors open to 270 degrees and feature latches to hold them in place during loading. They're hinged on the right-side. The interior comes with 10 sets of tray slides, and each set can accommodate (1) 18" x 26" sheet pan or (1) 12" x 20" food pan.

This air curtain refrigerator boasts a "2-Stage" thermostat with two temperature modes. The refrigerator mode is preset at 35 degrees Fahrenheit and ranges from 32 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit; the low-temp refrigerator mode is preset at 30 degrees Fahrenheit and ranges from 25 to 35 degrees Fahrenheit. This feature allows you to pre-chill milk and juice to keep them at proper cold storage temperature during prolonged tray delivery times. The air curtain also has a Smart Defrost feature to remove ice formation that may occur when the door is opened for an extended period of time. This model's automatic condensate evaporator also works to remove condensation buildup to keep your unit working properly.

The bottom mounted 1/2 hp compressor, environmentally friendly R-450A refrigerant, and high density, foamed-in-place insulation in the door contribute to outstanding temperature preservation and efficiency. To protect your walls from scratches and scrapes, this unit also comes with a full-perimeter bumper. Thanks to the 6" casters, stainless steel side hand grips, and a tubular rear mounted handle, it's easy to maneuver this refrigerator for added convenience. This unit requires a 220V electrical connection for operation.
