This True reach-in refrigerator offers superior temperature control, easy maintenance, and low utility costs. The lights are activated by a rocker switch mounted above the doors and safety shielded for added peace of mind.
The unit includes nine heavy-duty PVC-coated wire shelves that are adjustable in 1/2" increments to help organize your ingredients in an efficient way. Its 3/4 hp bottom-mounted compressor operates in the coolest, most grease-free area of the kitchen for greater efficiency, and easier serviceability. It also raises the height of the bottom shelf for easier access and makes the condenser coil easier to reach for maintenance. For added ease of use, this unit features an exterior temperature display so you don't have to open the doors to view temperatures.
The solid doors are self-closing and come with magnetic door gaskets that provide a tight seal. In addition to stainless steel solid doors, the unit also has anodized aluminum ends and a corrosion-resistant GalFan coated steel back. Plus, the clear coated aluminum-lined interior with a stainless steel floor and covered corners is easy to clean. This unit's cabinet features foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation for added structural strength and to reduce energy loss. This unit comes with (6) 4" stem casters, three with brakes, for maneuverability during cleaning.
This reach-in refrigerator features a factory engineered, self-contained, capillary tube refrigeration system using high-performance R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. R-290 refrigerant has an ozone depletion potential (ODP) of 0 and a global warming potential (GWP) of 3. This refrigeration system holds cabinet temperatures of 33-38 degrees Fahrenheit to keep foods at safe storage temperatures. This unit requires a 115V electrical connection for operation.
If your unit has pre-installed casters, it may be secured directly to the pallet for safe transport. To remove it safely, tilt the unit slightly to one side and use a wrench or socket set to loosen the bolts attaching it to the pallet. In some cases, you may need to pry up a pallet plank with a hammer to access the bolts or to release casters nested within the pallet base. I haven’t heard of R-290, R-600a, R-513a, or R-448A refrigerant before. What is it?
R-290 (also known as high purity propane or CARE 40) and R-600a (also known as refrigerant grade Isobutane or CARE 10) are hydrocarbon refrigerants. R513a (also known as Opteon XP10) and R-448A (also known as Solstice N40) are HFO (hydrofluoroolefin) refrigerants. They are being used by some manufacturers in response to the EPA’s Significant New Alternatives Policy (SNAP) Program.
What is Galfan coating?

True is widely considered one of the top of the line brands, if not the top, and this piece did not disappoint the high expectations that I had. Extremely easy setup. It's solid, quite, has a ton of room in it, and is basically ready to go out of the box. I'm so impressed with it that I'm going to end up buying a matching freezer also. Recovery time during our peak usage on this refrigerator is not as fast as expected. The led lights inside are nice but does not come fast enough after opening which is not to useful when your only in the refrigerator for a few seconds.
The shipping box was not damaged when we received the refrigerator but the metal on the back of the refrigerator was damaged on the outside. (Factory damaged)
Note: We have 5 True Refrigerators to compare to and this one is our main unit so my expectation is high on this unit.

I received this cooler and have been using it for a while, very nicely made, but in my opinion a bit to much tech in it. I tried to change the temperature several times and it refuses to change. It arrived damaged in shipping (the lower grill) customer service was quick to respond but unfortunately didn’t get back to me after the initial contact. I’ve waited over a month for resolution to a simple damaged piece. I’m not impressed with that.
