This cart is a convenient way to add wok capabilities to your establishment, and also provides the versatility and visual appeal of the ability to cook tableside or at a buffet line. This cart's 92,000 BTU volcano burner and 13" cast iron chamber ring are designed for use with 14" to 16" woks.
The unit is constructed of durable 18 gauge stainless steel and a 14 gauge reinforced stainless steel top, plus an attached push handle and casters are included for mobility. Plus, for added security, a safety pilot system and propane hose with pressure regulator are included. This cart requires a 20# propane cylinder for operation.
