On function, the scale seems to work well. But on craftsmanship it's a miss. The tray on these scales is misaligned. The first one i returned as it was 1/8" crooked over i think about 7 ". The second one is also crooked but by less. What's it say about a precision instrument that is itself not dimensioned properly?

I use this every single day in my bagel shop, so it sees some pretty heavy traffic as our main scale. It's a great scale! Only complaint - you can't get a readout that has both pounds and ounces, it's only one or the other. So you have to convert your recipe, or push buttons mid measuring. It's not a huge deal, but that would be a nice feature to have.

Very satisfied would buy again
A great scale for the money. After about a month it started malfunctioning but was able to get it replaced directly through Tor Rey. Replacement has held up nicely. Very easy to zero out the scale and switch between the different measurements. Highly recommend
We needed a scale to weight coffee beans to be bagged and sold. This scale works great for us, since we only weight up to 5 pounds at a time. I also like that it has settings of pounds, kilograms, and ounces. Scale is accurate, and stays charged for a long time.

I loved all the features and how it was programmable. It was originally used quite a but and It was great for a few months but then stopped working.

Easy to use and program, the metal plate is wide and sturdy enough to hold large containers when weighing heavy or bulky items. I wish it weighed in grams but I can convert my recipes.
