To use this product, the directions are simple! For soft serve, pour 1 gallon of cold water into a medium-sized bucket, add the entire 2 lb. bag of mix, and stir well for 30 seconds. If you are using a granita/beverage machine, follow those instructions using 2.5 gallons of water instead. To make blended drinks, simply pour 4 oz. of cold water into your blender, add about 50 grams of the soft serve mix in with 300 grams (2 cups) of ice, and blend until smooth. Once you have achieved your desired texture, it is ready to serve!
