Our normal soft serve supplier was out of what we normally use in our food trucks soft serve machine. I chose to use this Creamery Avenue brand for a fair coming up as I truly was desperate. I was so embarrassed! I actually heard someone walking around with a cone saying how awful the ice cream was! I definitely do not recommend this brand and am consider throwing the rest of my order away. Lesson learned!

I wish we would have only gotten one bag to test it first. This product doesn't taste good at all but we are going to try to add some ingredients to see if we can make it taste better. I would not recommend.

As a dry mix, I recommend keeping a few vanilla in stock Incase your supply runs out. This vanilla mixes very easy as it's a bag to a gallon water. No brainier. It's creamy and very vanilla. I get no complaints from anyone. Good shelf life too.
