    We have used this ice cream mix for several years and we add whole milk and it is amazing. I have no idea why others aren't liking it, but when we make it, everyone loves it and says it's better than Dairy Queen. Where's all the hate coming from?... it's delish!

    I have been ordering the chocolate soft serve mix for about 4 years now. I can tell you they changed the amount of chocolate in the mix. It hardly has any chocolate flavor now. Our customers reject it now. I have 1/2 a pallet of this mix that's going to the dump, what a huge waste. I have had to switch to the competitor and my customers are happy again.
