Originally started with these for my restaurant. I can't tell you how many times we've had to replace them because the bulb screw shorts out. Usually, every 4-6 months on replacement. Have switched to a different brand. These are cheap, and you get what you pay for.

It has been only 3 weeks since we started using this product, even though we ordered this product in May. First of all the retractable chord did not work properly, we cannot pull it up or down otherwise it will either be too down or too high. Now the bulbs are blowed out and stopped working. Do not recommend this product at all.

I have been using this heat lamp at our service station for a while, and it has worked really well for keeping food warm while orders are being prepared. We installed it above a small plating station, and it does a great job of maintaining the food at a good temperature without drying it out too much.
Everything was shipped and bundled up tight together and didn't have any issues with anything damaged. Good Pricing and everything worked perfect and looked Beautiful and customer loved the outcome of it all!
Junk. Bought 3 less than a year ago. all 3 are not working now.

i ordered 4. They were not good at all. first delivered only 1 out 4 and webstaurant reshipped which webstaurant has great customer service. when i finally get all installed with in few hours usage 2 of them break on me. i do not even consider to call company for fix etc. not good quality at all.
