We started using these to put in our hot soups and sauces at night to help them cool They work great and then in the morning you just run them the dish machine and refreeze them. No more issues with the health inspector and cooling temperatures.

It comes with extra caps but you shouldn't use them. Don't fill it higher than it says you are supposed to when you freeze it. After use, make sure to unfreeze all the water before re-freezing. If you don't melt all the ice before re-freezing, you risk building an ice spike that will poke through the cap.

These cooling paddles are very sturdy and made of high quality material. They have held up well to constant use and are easy to clean.

Perfect! Comes with extra tops AND a great educational chart to hang in the kitchen. Wish the tops were a bit larger for washing and sanitizing them between uses, but overall they do the job well.

These are not durable at all. Even if you follow the directions to a tee, it cracks quite easily. Wished they strengthen this product much more. We cook alot of soups so we have to cool them down and we go through these a lot. Wish there is a better product!

Always a great product. These are a nice size to use if you are cooling full size pans or 2/3 gallon size products. We have used this product many times.
