If not used properly, this extreme temperature change could shorten the paddle's lifespan.

I love these cooling paddles. They great for cooling food and speeding up that process. I’ve never had any problem with them. They’re easy to clean and easy to store.

Kyler R. from La Jolla Groves on 06/03/2019

These are a must have for our small restaurant when quick cooling large quantities of cooked foods. I even have the smaller version for home use to use in pots of stew or soups for quick cool downs before going in the fridge overnight!

Timur from Mr. Pepe on 04/21/2019

Chills soup effectively in conjunction with external icing around periphery of pot. Used ice cubes and water. Took 8 quarts from 154F to 41F in 40 minutes.

This product does exactly what the description says it does. It is made of high quality polycarbonate and has a freeze/thaw cycle worthy gasket. I've used it twice so far to cool beer wort in 5 gallon home brew kits. It took the temperature of the wort from 170ºF to 85ºF in about 40 minutes.

Rikaba B. from FERZ on 04/21/2019

I want to love these. It makes the health department happy and they are easy to clean and they don't roll around in the freezer. They just break so easy. I've bought so many of these in my lifetime. I'm actually switching over to filing gallon ziplock bags with ice instead.

Purchased these based upon input from the department of health and they work perfectly. Easy to store and handle at a very good price. A must for our kitchen as we work to stay in compliance.

Todd T. from George Henry's on 11/15/2018

These paddles get the job done. They cool whatever we need cooled within a few hours. I wish that each of the four sides was a bit longer. I think it would cook more efficiently.

Julian H. on 07/26/2018

These things are pretty nice for speeding up the cooling process of your stock pot items. We bought 1 and then purchased 2 additional ones. Only sadly, one did get a crack and leaked after about 4 months after purchase. Overall, though, happy with the effectiveness of the product.

Courtney A. from Minced Meal Prep on 06/22/2018

We use these Rapid Cool Ice paddles in our manufacturing facility for easy and safe cooling of our juices and syrups. They are easy to clean and store.

Christopher A. from Waynesville Soda Jerks on 01/11/2018

The San Jamar Rapi-kool paddles are a must-have. We have several of them and love that they come in a 2 pack, they are easy to use and very well made. We use them for several things....cooling off soups before serving and for making iced tea and other juices cooler than room temp. Versatile and a great price.

Thomas B. from Jackie R on 07/30/2016

Really nice product at a really reasonable price. These paddles are great for cooling stocks & soups. Also great for cooling coffee & tea in a pinch.
