I love this sink because of its small size, it is perfect for our kitchen that, unfortunately, is very small. No problem with the inspections.
A nice little sink for a good price. I am very happy with the handles. They make turning the water off and on when your hands are dirty a lot easier than our previous sink. My only issue is that the strainer assembly leaked when it was installed and didn't want to tighten. We had to go out and get a new one to replace it. Not a huge expense, but the one it came with should have worked. Thankfully, my husband did the work, so I wasn't also paying a plumber to fix this issue.

The least expensive and best handwashing sink that meets Los Angeles County Health Department requirments, I have ever used. Its an average size hand sink, with a great faucet and handles. Dont buy more expensive if you dont need to,, this one works very well. I have had it for about a year, and not one problems and its still new looking and easy to clean

I needed a small hand sink and this one is perfect! It installs easily, just one straight edge mounting bracket attached to a stud. I like the gooseneck faucet and especially love the paddle handles. You can play around with the center set screw when installing to adjust the paddles higher or lower. I mounted this in my kitchen which is in public view and customers can watch me wash my hands often. I will post a photo of my sink set-up soon, with the soap dispenser, and paper towel holder I bought on this site. Check for any Regency mix and match offers they may be running. We say buy it! This was a bargain for the price. Good quality and includes the faucet. I only had to buy the pipes from below but it was ok. It's small, but exactly what I wanted. For the size is really comfortable to wash hands on this sink. I really recommend if you are limited in space for a hand sink
