Regency 12 Pan End Load Bun / Sheet Pan Rack - Unassembled

We are not in the habit of writing reviews but I felt compelled to let everyone know about the poor quality of this product. I have seven other speed racks but because of the location of this rack we needed a shorter height. Before I received the product, it seems the height would work which it did. However given the same price point of the previous racks we have purchased the quality of this item is really bad. The weight of the metal is not sturdy and the center cross bar which provides the support will not properly assemble causing the unit to rock. I wish I could get my money back. This item should be removed from the website as it does not meet the quality of the other items offered by webstarantstore.com.

I am so glad that I bought this bun pan rack! Before, pans of cookies would be all around my kitchen and dining room... just a nightmare. Now they can all be in one place when cooling, decorating and drying. Great investment for bakers!

Awesome price. Cheaper than any other online store. I was afraid that the low price would mean cheaper quality. But no, this rack is very sturdy. I am glad I purchased it.

I thought this rack would be better than the 89$ one, but it is not. It is easy to put it together. It looks nice but wobbly. So disappointed. I would not buy another one.

Great value, sturdy and lightweight speedrack. Easy to assemble. The wheels are good however it can be put together without them if you want to mount it table top as we did.

We have only owned these racks for a couple months and just use them for shaped loaves in our bakery. On both of the racks we purchased they broke in the same place on multiple shelves. Theses are such crap- we needed something with higher shelves, and these were our only option on webstaurant. These racks should not be sold.

We purchased 3 of these pan racks and the are difficult to maneuver. After 5 months of use, the rails are starting to break off. Need to replace with a stronger made racks

Easy to assemble and best for light lifting, this is good for the price but isn't going to the be a workhorse. Best to use if you plan to have it more stationary than mobile. Screws tend to get a little loose so be ready to tighten to keep them from time to time to keep the rack from wobbling.

Holds up for a while but after a year and a half of use the shelves failed on the welds. One by one they fell apart. if you dont use it seriously or have a welder that can reinforce the shelves I'd suggest that.

Very easy to assemble and nice good pack rack. It fits 10 full size pans or 20 half size pans. The wheels roll very smooth and you can lock two wheels.

Love this half-height bun/sheet pan rack! It holds a ton of cookies so that I can keep my workspace clear. It has wheels so it very easy to move around. We also have the vinyl cover to protect our baked goods. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who does a lot of baking.

Very easy to assemble. I have used many carts similar to these in all the food service outlets I have worked in. Well built and sturdy. A must have for organization in the cooler, freezer, dry goods, wherever!

This is a great, heavy weight sheet rack. It was fairly easy to put together, and the casters worked well too. Very easy to clean.

We bought 2 of these when we first opened several years ago. They have held up great, and are still used today. Would definitely buy again

i wish i could choose no stars, total garbage, welds broke within a couple of months of purchase and i still have to use the racks, I have 4 of these in total 1 is not usable 3 are almost out of commission i will post pictures to follow..

Looks great, very nice design...made VERY badly!! Wheels pop off, shelves break at the soldering, bars pop loose & any part that wants to will bend.

I love my speed rack! This is the perfect size for home or small-bakery use. It comes unassembled but it doesn't take long to put it together. Two of the wheels lock, which is a great help!

These are cheaply made. We purchased two and within two weeks we had shelves breaking and could not keep the bolts tightened.

I have had nearly a dozen of these racks over the last 5 years. They eventually break down and have to be tossed, but for the money, they are pretty good. I discovered a few months ago that part of the problem is that the bolts that are sent to assemble the rack are too short by nearly a half inch. They don't penetrate far enough into the threaded insert in the cross bars, and it eventually fails as the bolts pull out. So now I go to ACE hardware and purchase the proper size bolts an a longer length, and assemble with blue loc-tite. Much better this way. Would be so much better if they came with the proper bolts from the factory though.
