Integrated Gas Control Valve
This model features an integrated gas control valve that acts as a manual and pilot valve and prevents gas from flowing to the main burner until the pilot is established. It shuts off the gas automatically in case the pilot flame goes out. Plus, as an added safety feature, the temperature limit switch automatically turns off the gas if the fryer exceeds the upper temperature limit of 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
A stainless steel cabinet front and door along with the galvanized sides and back make this fryer a great choice for commercial environments. The tank is made of mild steel for greater durability, corrosion resistance, and a longer product life.
Two Fry Baskets
This fryer comes with two nickel plated oblong fry baskets so that you can get started cooking right away! Plus, the twin baskets are great for smaller portions or cooking different types of foods at the same time.
Removable Basket Hanger
The basket hanger provides a convenient place for baskets to drain after cooking. It is also completely removable without the use of tools for when you need to thoroughly clean your fryer at the end of the day.
Built-In Flue Deflector
This fryer features a built-in integrated flue deflector to direct hot gases out through your ventilation system.
1 1/4" Drain
The drain ensures that you can quickly and easily drain away used oil for disposal.
The adjustable 6" legs mean that you can keep your fryer level and stable on uneven floors.
4 Tube-Style Burners
4 tube-style burners heat the oil in this fryer's tank. Also, this unit has a tube rack that allows crumbs and other debris to fall into the cool zone during cooking for easier cleaning later on.

We bought this pitco for our main fryer as we don’t have enough room for 2. We bought this cause it has 122,000 btu which is a good number for a fryer and it will recover heat fast. Unfortunately the pot depth is not to deep for double stacking. We noticed that right out of the box. We have had 2 pitco fryers at our previous pizza store with 122,000 btu so we assumed they where the same depth. I will post pictures when I get some time to show you I’m talking about.
Very solid fryers, be wary of order times and deliveries. Just confirm with your sales associate that they will be shipping as we had a little delays.
We had our previous Pitco fryers for 23 years, and needed to replace them because our service man told us we had a small pot leak on both pots. The fryers still worked fine but we wanted to be safe so we ordered these, which appeared to be the most comparable to what we had size-wise and were reasonable in price compared to every other site and supplier I could find. There was a shortage for some reason so from the time I decided I wanted these to the time of purchase was around a month, but that wasn't Webstaurant's fault. The delivery went smoothly and they actually arrived a little earlier than we expected. We were able to install them in a few hours, pretty simple process, although we did have our plumber do it. We have two units side by side, and the previous ones ended up with so much build up in between them that they stuck together and were a pain to remove. I wish they sold something to safely and successfully cover the space in between the fryers if you are using them side by side, but I think I will look for a steam table divider it would be the perfect size for the job. So far, the fryers appear to be very easy to clean and drain. They cook evenly and are a decent size for our restaurant. We aren't constantly using the fryers as much as a fast -food place might, so a larger pot capacity might be necessary for a place using a much higher volume, but as a diner that serves a good amount of fries, chicken tenders, onion rings, and clam strips, the size is just perfect for us.
