This machine produces half dice sized cubes that measure 3/8" x 7/8" x 7/8" and are great for a wide variety of beverage service applications. It makes up to 238 lb. of cube ice in a 24 hour period and can store up to 70 lb. at a time in its convenient built-in bin.
This undercounter ice maker has a harvest assist feature that ensures consistent ice product for the life of the ice machine and also helps to reduce energy consumption while increasing capacity.
