the machine is good overall, however I wish there was a way to fix the dripping issue as well as the slow dispensing of the cheese, due to parts becoming old, I've had this machine for 2 years and its time to buy a new one. Does anyone have suggestions on the screw and how to tighten the knob that locks the dispensing syringe in place,?

The door will not stay closed. I have tightened all the screws, still won't stay closed.

This works great and the cheese is easily orderable on the website here. Only problem is the switch in the back easily turns off so if you aren't careful your cheese won't be hot.

This machine is great the cheese comes out hot in no time, Easy to use and the portion of cheese it dispenses is good.

So easy to use!! I am in love with this machine because it replaced the need to use a crockpot and have to deal with the messy clean up. I love the preset amount button and the manual choice. Also, with the extra room to put in a second bag, the wait time on making more is practically nothing.

Unfortunately, the temperature gauge does not work when you press the negative “ - “ to turn it down and the nacho machine… it gets extremely hot to the point to where it burns. I have checked the upmanual cannot find anything in regards to how to fix this. I have emailed and I have not heard back. I spent lots for a double nacho machine, please help by either replacing it or explaining how to fix issue.

This is the best machine. Worth every penny. We used to buy the cheese by the can and put in warmer. We found this is a lot cleaner and easier to install the bags. I like the two dispense choices. One is manual which we use for our french fries and the other is a set amount which is perfect for our nacho containers. Help with controlling amount used.

I give this dispenser an A+ Cheese gets up to temp quick, not sure on how much time but when we get to an event, we plug it in right away and is ready for the first customer.
