It reaches a maximum temperature of 570 degrees Fahrenheit and is adjusted by easy-to-use thermostatic controls. Combined with 4 programmable settings, the controls provide you with the custom cooking options to best suit your operation, regardless of the food you're preparing. Plus, to help you keep track of the food's progress, the unit features an integrated timer.
To withstand the demanding environment of the kitchen, this sandwich grill is made of stainless steel. Its grill plates are heavy-duty, seasoned cast iron, which retain heat well after use, leading to fast recovery; this is critical in bustling, high volume operations. A spring hinge features adjustable tension too, allowing you to customize the pressure applied during particular grilling applications, such as preparing meat. To maintain the cleanliness of the surrounding area, a removable, stainless steel crumb tray is included. A set of rubber feet prevent the grill from slipping during operation, keeping your operation safe from accidental burns. A 120V electrical connection is required for operation.
