This Bunn Axiom DV TC dual voltage thermal carafe coffee brewer features programmable digital controls and an LCD display. Its control system allows you to set brew levels, tank temperature, and pulse settings quickly and easily from the front of the brewer.
The Bunn Axiom DV TC brewer can brew up to 7.5 gallons of coffee per hour. Its black plastic funnel provides enough clearance to accommodate up to 8 1/2" tall thermal carafes, sold separately. Thermal carafes can keep your coffee hot and fresh for hours, eliminating the need for bulky decanter warmers scattered throughout your servers areas or self-service stations. Additionally, a unique SplashGard® funnel deflects hot liquids away from the hand to prevent burns.
This unit is dual voltage adaptable and can be wired for a 120V, 120/208V, or 120/240 electrical connection. A cord and plug are only included for use with a 120V, 15 amp connection and models operating at 208 or 240V must be hard wired.
Overall, we have been very pleased with this brewer. The digital display says it takes 2 minutes and 33 seconds to brew, but then it drips for another minute after that. I bought the Bunn 40163.0000 Zojirushi 64 oz. Stainless Steel Economy Thermal Carafe to go with this, as recommended by the website. I love the carafes. But, the brewer overflows the carafe by a little bit each time. So, I have to put a towel under the carafe to catch anything that pours over. It's not much, less than an ounce. But a bit of a nuisance anyway. Also, the brewer drips the entire time it's on. It's not a lot, but again, it's a nuisance. Otherwise, it has been reliable. It is not very big, which is important for our limited space.
