Total disaster. The controller doesn't know what the real temperature is, so it just keeps freezing. It will cost me nearly as much to fix as to buy a new one. What a piece of garbage. Is barely seven months old. Warrantee isn't nearly that long, so now I just have a lemon. Great.

I give a 2 for the nice design and appearance. A low rating because this unit produces too much condensation. My other units do not accumulate exterior condensation. I have to wipe this one off constantly throughout the day. When it is not covered in dripping condensation, it is beautiful and attractive, very appealing. A replacement was sent due to excessive condensation, but the replacement unit is not much better. I think there is a product design flaw.

had the unit right at 2 years before the compressor went out. They used to have a 5 year warranty on the compressors but now it is only 1 year. Wish I had read the fine print because a new compressor cost as much as a new one would. These should last more than 2 years. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS UNIT. Read all the reviews.
