Do NOT buy this piece of crap!! Second one I've purchased. First one lasted year and half but had problems with the pilot light the whole time. Finally decided to just buy another one and within 2 weeks the same problem. "Still under warranty" was the answer but now I'm out my fryer until it goes through warranty approval and fix time....until the next time it goes out. So I'm throwing away $....again.

We ordered 2 of the Cooking Performance Group FCPG30 Natural Gas 30 lb. Countertop Fryer - 53,000 BTU. I think we really need to order 1 more.

Prob one of the slowest fryers we’ve ever used, recovery after use is slow, we bought 2 and I have only one running at the moment due to the fact that I’m so disappointed with this product… we are stuck with these fryers now and not sure what to do

We liked the first one we purchased for our food truck that we had to get another. They work so well we may add another to our cafe when needed. If you have a food truck, make sure you get the cover and the propane option.

this is not the best fryer. it just cant keep up. if you do any type of volume this is not for you. but i do like the electric start

This CPG Fryer is well built and very durable. I will definitely enjoy cooking all of my fried foods. The 2 fry baskets are big and very sturdy as well.
