Stay away. You can’t get pans easily in or out of the two slots on each side of the middle rail. It’s a ridiculous design flaw. I tried all kinds of angles to pull the pans in and out smoothly but it doesn’t work. You would have to take out the pans next to it then pull out the rail then pull out the pan. When you’re in the middle of a dinner rush the last thing you want to do is struggle swapping out pans and making a mess. I’m not a person to leave reviews but I’ve had other issues with webstaurant and this is all I can take. I’ve been a webstaurant customer for almost 9 years but I’m learning there are better options out there. I recommend you do your homework before buying their equipment.

Did not work from the day it was installed. Manufacturer is taking forever to resolve the issue. Now they are saying 8 weeks for a compressor and it has already been several weeks since instillation.

i bought this 16/4/2024 now stop cooling such scam or sending trash please stay away i had throw whole stuffed around $ worth called customer service never picked up call regretting for my decision to have it. please dont waste money and time for this

Bought this May 2023 and it stopped cooling January 2024 got it fixed and now it has stopped cooling yet again. this happened April12th and here is is May3rd and it has still not been fixed... WebstaurantStore nor the warranty company give a crap... I didnt buy this unit to warm my food... This is a cooler so make it cool... 3 weeks and still down.. this will be the last piece of equipment i buy from this place

This unit broke down completely after 9 month.. Unit stopped working on a Friday night tried to chat online but that service was down till Saturday Morning when contacted the sent a link to an outside warranty company that has bankers hours of Monday thru Friday 8 to 4 i was told by webrestaurant that the company will get back to me in 2 or 3 days after that to scheduale an appointment. So my understanding is they might fix it in a week from breaking down. To me this is completely unacceptable and i had to my regular guy and eat the cost. This is the second piece of refrigeration that broke down in first year. Do not use this company for any refrigeration as the warranty is completely useless for a busy restaurant

We purchased 2 of these tables and they are working great. The only issues with the table is the middle bar hinders what kind of pans you can use on either side of it. The drawers don't fit 12 pans easily, 3 of them won't sit right (too tight). With the drawer moving the bars move and the pans fall, we opted to 86 the bars and just lay the pans in the drawer. The really bad part on our end was shipping, we received 2 shipments that were damaged. Don't order these if you are in a pinch and need the equipment pronto. The first delivery was pretty rough, with a forklift hole in the back and the tops very damaged. After the 2nd bad delivery they offered me store credit for the cosmetic damage, but couldn't replace the damaged parts. I recommend you take the packaging off right away before the driver leaves and inspect.

Low quality equipment but for the price it is worth it. If you have a warranty claim, you have to go through lots, and I mean lots, of trouble to try to get it repaired. They do not want to help at all with warranties
