The 3-star rating is for the fact the taste is pretty far off a traditional Thai milk tea. That said, this is a very good mix for ice or cold thai-style milk tea and can't be easier to prepare.

This Organic Oregon Thai Tea beverage is delicious. It is sweet, but the slight bitter taste of the black tea helps balance out the sweetness which leaves a wonderful flavor when it is mixed with milk. Drink hot or cold.

My wife and I spent two years traveling the world right after we got married and Thailand was one of our favorite destinations.
