This Numi tea is perfect whether served hot or iced. To serve hot, simply steep 1 heaping tsp. of tea in 12 oz. of hot water for 4 minutes. Once ready, it's strong enough to handle milk, yet mild enough to be served alone. To make iced tea, steep a little extra loose leaf tea in boiling water, cool, and pour over ice. Numi organic rooibos chai loose leaf tea
1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp. honey or maple syrup
Heat 1/2 cup milk over the stove. Steep tea in 1/2 cup boiling water for 4 minutes. Strain tea leaves and stir in sweetener. Top with steamed milk and serve.
