This Numi tea is perfect whether served hot or iced. To serve hot, simply steep 1 heaping tsp. of tea in 12 oz. of hot water for 4 minutes. Once ready, it's strong enough to handle milk, yet mild enough to be served alone. To make iced tea, steep a little extra loose leaf tea in boiling water, cool, and pour over ice. 1 heaping tbsp. Numi organic jasmine green loose leaf tea
11.8 fl. oz. gin
1 lychee, canned
2 - 3 tsp. lychee syrup, chilled
Prosecco wine or other dry sparkling wine, chilled
2 fresh raspberries
1 strip of lime peel
IIn a glass bottle or mason jar, combine gin and tea leaves. Stir, cover with lid, and infuse at room temperature for 4 hours. Strain and discard tea leaves. In a wine glass or champagne flute, combine jasmine green tea infused gin and canned lychee syrup. Stir. If using fresh lychees, substitute lychee syrup for simple syrup. Add one lychee and the raspberries, top with prosecco wine, and garnish with a strip of lime peel. Serve and enjoy!
