Details
A malty and full-bodied tea with lingering floral notes, this Numi organic Chinese breakfast tea awakens the senses for a total tasting experience. This tea is a gourmet Yunnan-style tea, made using the golden tips of the tea leaves. Once brewed, it contains high caffeine levels, great for kickstarting the day or providing an extra boost in the afternoon.
This Numi tea is perfect whether served hot or iced. To serve hot, steep 1 bag of Chinese breakfast tea in a cup of boiling water for 4-5 minutes. Once ready, it's strong enough to handle milk, yet mild enough to be served alone. To make iced tea, steep 2 tea bags in boiling water, cool, and pour over ice.
As an alternative to brewing hot, try cold-brewing this tea. Cold brewing is the easiest way to make never-bitter iced tea with bright flavors. It works for any type of tea, too! Simply steep 4 tea bags in 3 cups of cold water for 8-10 hours in the refrigerator. Remove from the refrigerator and squeeze the tea bag before removing. Try adding in flavorful fruits or herbs for an unexpected infusion, or create a unique flavor by mixing different teas.
Step away and savor the experience of sipping a premium tea product, with Numi teas. Since 1999, Numi has been providing quality teas that are rich in flavor, abundant in aroma, and contain 100% real ingredients with no added perfumes, fragrances, or natural flavorings. All of their teas are certified organic, Full Leaf Quality (FOP grade tea and above), and sourced from farms they know and have directly partnered with for years. Beyond just their tea quality, Numi's commitment to the environment continues with their investment in eco-packaging. Each tea bag is commercially compostable as it is non-GMO verified, oxygen whitened, and made from manila hemp cellulose, a plant fiber. The tea bag is then accompanied by a tag, made from 100% recyclable materials, and surrounded by a soy-based ink printed overwrap that is made from 85% post-consumer recycled material and a small amount of foil, to retain freshness. With Numi teas, you can be sure you're getting the purest, best-tasting organic tea.
