Maintaining a temperature of 35 degrees Fahrenheit with a 5-degree differential, this versatile cooler can accommodate a wide variety of products. The combination digital thermometer and illuminated light switch allow you to easily monitor the cooler and make quick adjustments. Additionally, the digital display is easy to read in any ambient condition, and the waterproof, elbow-engaged light switch simplifies use even when users' hands are full. For your convenience, a bright, low-profile LED light is positioned directly above the unit's door, providing excellent product visibility while remaining out of the way of shelving and products. Its minimal heat output lowers cooling costs, and its energy-efficient design lasts longer than incandescent bulbs.

Built for heavy-duty durability, this unit features 26 gauge corrosion-resistant, stucco-embossed, acrylic-coated galvanized steel panels on all interior and exterior surfaces aside from the interior floor. The panels are insulated with 4" thick foamed-in-place, EPA-compliant polyurethane to maintain consistent temperatures and provide superior moisture resistance. Each panel uses cam-locking fasteners to create an airtight seal for maximum energy efficiency. The door section also includes a heated fiberglass-reinforced plastic threshold. For added strength, the robust interior floor is made from smooth aluminum panels that can hold up to 800 lb. per sq. ft., providing a reliable surface for storage and sealing the walk-in for enhanced insulation.

This unit boasts a self-closing door with two heavy-duty cam-lift hinges, including a spring-loaded top hinge, and a built-in magnetic gasket, keeping cold air from escaping while creating a dependable seal. The door also has a stepped profile design, serving as a barrier to airflow. The floor double sweep gasket and perimeter door heater wire prevent condensation or frost build-up on the threshold. To protect the contents within the cooler, a polished chrome deadbolt locking handle with independent padlock and key options secures the door, while an inside safety release knob allows for easy exit from the walk-in. Plus, the entire locking mechanism is on the door frame to prevent freezing.

This walk-in cooler operates using a remote Split-Pak refrigeration system with R-449A refrigerant. Its evaporator coil ships with a LogiTemp electronic controller and comes ready to mount with a pre-installed expansion valve and room thermostat, and it uses air (off-cycle) defrost. The Split-Pak condensing unit components arrive pre-wired and assembled on a galvanized steel angle leg base. For added convenience, the condensing unit comes with a weather hood, crankcase heater, and head pressure control valve.
