Suprinsingly good Banana Flavoring syrup. I've had different versions of banana flavor from candies to syrup and this one is beyond compare. It very close to the taste of ripened bananas. Since this contains sugar, you do have to watch out for mold(Floating bits) over time. I would recommend using a fridge or ensuring you use the Monin pumps to limit the amount of Air containment into the bottle.
Tastes like bananas! I use in my coffee shop to make a nice latte. Typically 3 teaspoons of Monin Premium Banana Flavoring one shot of espresso and 6 ounces of steamed milk. The bitter espresso compliments the banana flavor. For a real treat use 2 teaspoons of Monin Premium Banana Flavoring and 2 teaspoons of Monin Premium peanut butter Flavoring and a few dark chocolate morsels.
