This emulsion is formulated to be the same strength as a traditional alcohol-based extract, allowing you to substitute 1:1 with an extract in any recipe. To use, simply substitute 1 tsp. of emulsion for 1 tsp. of extract when baking, using a slightly less amount for no-bake items such as frosting or whipped cream. Due to its high water content, this emulsion is not suggested for flavoring chocolate or hard candy. For added benefit, this emulsion is packaged in a glass bottle.

The LorAnn Oils Cinnamon Spice Bakery Emulsion is really great! The smell is very strong both in the batter and once baked, as is the flavor. It's cinnamon and cozy spice and works well in baked goods, in puddings, in pie fillings, and also in simple syrups for drink specials. It's very versatile in our business and we use it a lot!

delicious in a coffee buttercream! blends well, and pairs wonderful with a pumpkin cupcake or cake. I'm sure it will be great with many creations to come!
Has a cinnamon/ peppermint smell and taste, non-alcohol based it is not an extract it is an emulsion and is strong great for use in candy making, but don't recommend for a '" just cinnamon" taste the spice is over the cinnamon strength wise.
