This emulsion is formulated to be the same strength as a traditional alcohol-based extract, allowing you to substitute 1:1 with an extract in any recipe. To use, simply substitute 1 tsp. of emulsion for 1 tsp. of extract when baking, using a slightly less amount for no-bake items such as frosting or whipped cream. Due to its high water content, this emulsion is not suggested for flavoring chocolate or hard candy. For added benefit, this emulsion is packaged in a BPA-free, recyclable PET plastic bottle.

This is one of the top flavors that we use from LorAnn Oils! We have been buying it for a few years now. We started with the smaller bottle of it and our guests loved the flavor so much that we now buy the larger bottle of it. It's clear so it doesn't change the color of what you are baking which is great. The smell and flavor is strong in the batter and even in the baked good afterwards. We have used it for baked goods, simple syrups, puddings, pie fillings and more. Excellent product and highly recommend.

This extract is super strong and has a great pistachio flavor I love pistachio flavored things but unless you're importing Italian or Turkish products pistachio doesn't seem too popular in America so I love having a cheap and delicious extract to flavor things myself with.
