Simply mix with a shelf-stable buttercream frosting to achieve a great-tasting, true cream cheese flavor! This emulsion is formulated to be the same strength as a traditional alcohol-based extract, allowing you to substitute 1:1 with an extract in any recipe. To use, simply substitute 1 tsp. of emulsion for 1 tsp. of extract when baking, using a slightly less amount for no-bake items such as frosting or whipped cream. Due to its high water content, this emulsion is not suggested for flavoring chocolate or hard candy.
