This emulsion is formulated to be the same strength as a traditional alcohol-based extract, allowing you to substitute 1:1 with an extract in any recipe. Most pumpkin extracts are pumpkin pie flavor and not pumpkin spice so I was happy to find this. It shares many similarities to pumpkin pie flavoring, but being able to label foods with it pumpkin spice flavored is appealing. Overall tasted pretty great.
