Lodge LDP3 16 5/8" x 9 1/2" Pre-Seasoned Reversible Cast Iron Griddle

Buyer be ware. You loose 1/2" cooking space due to grease tray and another 1.5" due to boarder on opposing side ... You're left with an 8.5" width cooking surface. Not even enough space to toast four pieces of toast while attempting to cook eggs (to go on top of the toast) much less anything else. Was really excited to cook breakfast for the family on Sunday morning. wasn't able to cook breakfast sandwiches for even two (2) kids without breaking out additional hardware. Buyer be ware; if you're vision is to find a griddle that will serve as a cooking surface for more than 2 individuals, find a different product!

I didnt measure my commercial stove but got it anyway. Does not cover 2 12" commercial burners at once. The surface is not very scrapeable because the surface has a thick uneven texture, not like a commercial griddle surface. Good only if using large amount of oil or fat. Took it home instead, works great for bacon and eggs.

I love this thing. I pretty much only use the griddle side, but it's amazing for cooking large quantities of fresh tortillas or pancakes at one time, or for searing big pieces of meat. The only downside is that it's super heavy but all cast iron is and its just something you accept for superior heat retention.

This is a nice, sturdy product with a good weight. I use it when I run out of griddle space and am in a jam. It heats up quickly.

I use this on top of the grates of my weber genesis grill. It works great for grilling fish, veggies for fajitas, or pancakes. I really only use it for the flat top outside, but inside it makes for a nice grilling surface with a good amount of space.

This plate takes up 2 burners on our gas stove and grills the few items on our menu that we need grilled. Cleans well, seems durable. We've had ours for months on the burners for 9 hours a day without any sign of wear.

I’ve used this grill both on my charcoal grill for the flat side to make burgers and on the stove top to grill meats and vegetables indoors. It heats up evenly and cooks things nicely, but it is very heavy. It also rusts easily so keeping it dry is essential.

This is a great piece of cast iron offered by Lodge & Webstaurantstore.com. I do use the griddle side mostly, since the ribs are a bit time consuming to clean. It will turn your outdoor grill into a flat top griddle. The quality is what you'd expect from Lodge, and it has some heft to it. Once it heats up, the griddle carries a very consistent heat. I recommend this reversible griddle.

We have about 4 of these and we use them DAILY. They go through so much and hold up so well. I am sure I’ll have these forever.

Have been using this griddle for the past three months and the more I use it the more I love it. Baking on this griddle produces much more flavorful meat. More crisping up and less watery/steamy. Highly recommend!

I love love love this product. I used it at a BBQ recently and placed it directly on the grill to make burgers on its flat side. Worked perfect!

This is a great grill pan. I own two and love that they are double sided. I can get grill marks on my food or I can fry something on a flat top. They're awesome.

I use this pan at home and I love preparing everything from steak to fish on it. It says pre-seasoned but I seasoned it again just to be safe as I don't want it to rust.

This is great for making my toasted cheese sandwiches. I can make more than a couple at a time, plus if the sandwiches are done before the fries I can move them to the back and keep them warm without burning them

Very easy to use but for cleaning is a little bit work. Even through it's a lot of work. Use this one to cook your food the taste will be much better.

Lodge is always a good product. Fast shipping and well packaged. They work great on a cook top stove. Just don't turn the heat up full or you will burn the pan.

We wanted to add new items to the menu and who doesn't like a good cast iron grill pan. these are pre seasoned and lodge is the best.

Having a double-sided griddle and grill is great because I have little shelf space in my studio. It provides to really good cooking surfaces that heat evenly and hold heat well. I can cook a burger two different ways to please the tastebuds of whoever I'm feeding. Great item and worth every penny. It is hard to clean between the grill grated though.

We bought a few of these to use on our commercial grade stovetop to cook for a pancake breakfast. They held up, were large enough to cover two burners, and were heavy enough to stay in place while cooking.

This grill pan is made of high quality cast iron. We just bought two more. In the past we have always been able to break our grill pans, but not this one it is really durable.
