Lancaster Table & Seating Clear Coat Finish Ladder Back Chair with Vintage Wood Seat - Detached Seat

I bought these chairs around a year ago and am now leaving a review. After a year, they still look and function great! They are as sturdy as the day I bought them. I bought them with seats unattached and found it very simple to attach the seats. Great product at a great price. Over the years, I've ordered several different things from the Webstaurant Store and in my experience, their customer service is second to none. I usually don't leave reviews and hadn't planned to in this case either until I came back here looking to order some more chairs and read the one star review left by that other fellow. While he is correct, the seats do not come predrilled, I don't see how that merits a 1 star review. Predrilling isn't a requirement- just line the seat up with the chair frame and screw it down. I am a Webstaurant Store repeat customer and will continue to be, even without predrilling.

I ordered this unassembled, assuming, as with all other products that I have purchased from online retailers, that there would be drill holes in the seat. No such luck. Though the customer service agent indicated that she found an FAQ section that states that there are no drill holes, I still can't find that statement on their website for this product. The bottom line is that that information is hidden, and it's well worth paying the extra money to not have to drill holes. The only thing the agent did was offer to send me directions for installation, which I don't need since they are very basic. I really wish I had purchased the same item from a furniture site. They treat their customers very differently.

We love these chairs! We were looking for table chairs that could withstand the beating of constant spills kids dish out and clean up easily. We ordered 8 of them for our large table. The stainless steel with wood color is a nice contrast with our silver color appliances/light fixtures. Good: Very strong (240 lbs man can stand and lean on them with 0 feeling of give), look good, clean up easily with all hard surfaces, slide on floor nicely with the skid protectors on the bottom of the chairs. Easy to carry with how the back supports are designed. Bad: They are low cost chairs. Small things like close up inspection finishing flaws or very slightly out of alignment legs are possible. These chairs are beautiful. They really make all the difference in our dining room. Not only are they gorgeous to look at, but they are heavy duty! Never have to be worried about these getting damaged!

These are not only beautiful to look at but the chairs stay beautiful even after several cleanings. They match numerous decors and are very comfortable to sit on.

This coat steel cross back chair has a beautiful cherry wood finish that we love. Its very comfortable and our guest and staff love these chairs.

I love the cherry wood seat on these chairs. It looks hard in the picture, but it is really not that uncomfortable. We really have enjoyed these chairs ever since the day that they arrived here.

I have never found such great chairs. I think that these are great for our business. I have received many compliments on them too which is nice.

I love these chairs. I gave a star off because I received the chairs with scratches on the metal and wooden seat. This was due to shipping as they were stacked on top of each other. This did not affect the use of the chair at all. It was purely cosmetic which really doesn't make that much of a difference.
