Frame to chair is really durable, however, wood seats have become extremely chipped on the edges through normal use. I've had the chairs at my restaurant for just over a year and they looked really bad.

very dissatisfied with these chair seats the finish is all scratched up like they have been used for years. these have only been i use for A few months Poor finish on chairs would not recommend!

I have had these chairs for a year and 9 months. The metal frame is great, durable and easy to clean. The black wood seats are not holding up at all. From the time of delivery the black Wood seats were damaged and replaced but the remaining seats have been chipping on the edges too, the top layer peals off in strips, customers with embellished rear pockets mar the surface of the seat. They scratch easily. I would not recommend the black seats at all. The natural wood seats on the matching bar stools I purchased for a few years ago have held up well.

Very sturdy chair - I like the wooden seat with the black metal frame. Matches nice with our Oak table for home use.

we ordered eight for our coffee shop and could not be happier! visually appealing. very sturdy and easy assembly. came with all screws needed. scratch resistant bottoms are great for vinyl floors.

very well built chair for its use. Feels very sturdy and solid when sitting on it and im 250 lbs LOL. Casters are nice for easy floor gliding and they aren't too heavy but dont feel cheap. I would definitely buy again.

These chairs work perfectly for our coffee shop seating, as well as, our breakroom. They are comfy and sturdy. My only complaint is that the tables and chairs are a slightly different shade of wood.
