This flour is the same as what you get in the small 5-pound bags of King Arthur Bread Flour that you can buy at the grocery store. I love having such a big bag! I mainly use this flour for pizza crusts; it gives them such good flavor and chewiness, I consider it to be an absolutely essential ingredient.

The product was shipped in a timely manner and served our family well. We have a tree nut and egg allergy in our family and avoid cross contamination. We had no issues with this product. The financial savings have been helpful, even with the cost of shipping. We bake much of our food from scratch and go through a large quantity of flour. One bag lasted our family about 2 months. This flour has the same protein content as the flour that King Arthur sells in grocery stores in the blue bag as "bread flour." I use it to bake artisan breads and have great success doing so. It has a touch more protein than All Purpose flour from King Arthur, and much more than most grocery store brands. I find that compared to King Arthur AP flour, I have a slightly easier time shaping my breads, and therefore they have a better oven spring. Very good for sourdough beginners like me. And I have nothing to complain about the flavor or crumb of my bread. I also feed this flour to my sourdough starter and it has done very well. I store it in a 64 qt sterlite tub, which just barely fit the flour when the bag was new.
