JOY Regular Waffle Cone - 228/Case

The waffle cones are extremely fragile, and as the other reviewers have mentioned, more than half the rows tend to be broken. Not sure if it's a manufacturer issue or the way WebstaurantStore's warehouse handles the storage and transport, but the odds of getting an unaffected box are low. Note that Customer Support will only reimburse you if you count out how many cones are intact vs not, and it's not realistic to count out 192 cones per case when you're ordering 5-6 cases per order. Risk is too high to order these cones. Find another Joy Cone source, if possible.

There are about 20% of cones broken or cracked. Packaging needs improving or lower price.. Buyers been complaining for years, with no improvement. Product is great, but shipping is lacking.

We didn’t like this product at all. Almost every waffle cone comes broken and if they are not broken, as soon as you grab it or you put the ice cream it breaks.

I ordered 5 boxes of the regular sized waffle cones and they came really fast and in great condition! I would definitely be ordering more.

Way too many of the cones were broken when taken out of the box. Many more broke trying to put ice cream in them. Won't buy them again.

I have purchased this product twice, and both times it arrived almost broken. While I appreciate that you sent a replacement, it also had similar issues. Please consider improving your packaging. I'm hesitant to order again due to these concerns.

These taste great and are very crispy! They hold 1 and 2 scoops of ice cream very well and are great for kids since the ice cream sits in the cone instead of on top like regular sugar cones. It doesn't fall out of this one! They are packaged VERY well and I've had very little breakage.

Product came in damage !! All the cones was broken!! Flavor wise the product is great. Size .. this is way smaller than the competition. I would say go for the medium size

Very crisp and fresh. Very well packed and about every 25 are individually wrapped in plastic so that they stay fresh. We have a soft serve machine and they are easy to fill. It is called small, but I would consider it medium sized. I will be ordering more.

We use these mainly for serving some of our appetizer. Great for serving veggies in, tuna appetizer and of course ice cream. They hold up well.

This product is the perfect size for serving cones and an adequate amount of ice cream. Durable cones and good taste, however, sometimes a few of them are broken upon delivery due to rough handling. Good for dipping and serving customers as plain cones.

These cones taste great, but so many come broken. It’s really frustrating especially when we’re busy and realize we barely have any cones left because the last few sleeves are all cracked.

Unfortunately I will never buy these again. The first box I received I was able to salvage all but probably 6. This box is ridiculous. I cannot believe it, but I am taking a loss on them. They are broken all the way down inside the case. No way to ask for a credit. Do not waste your money!!!!

Bought these this week. Most of the Cones in each slot were already broken when taken out of package and almost everything we put ice cream on these cones they cracked. Super fragile cones and probably not the best shipping/handling since we had so many broken ones. Looking into getting our money back or returning. Will not buy again.

I was very pleased with my purchase , the cones are very tasteful and function worthy, may like to purchase other flavors .

We will no longer be ordering from this company. They refuse to ship with UPS, Fed ex delivered this item last night after hours and left in our parking lot. Fed ex does not care for there customers. Places of business should boycott Fedex. We paid for delivery at least they can do is delivery when buisinesses are open.

This product is a good size for smaller sized scoops. The taste has been good and I have not received and complaints. It’s cushioned from the inside as well. The only problem is upon delivery the boxed has a decent number of broken cones so you have to be careful to disregard those. Other than that it’s fine.

Great cones but unfortunately the last 4 cases we’ve ordered have come with over 75% of the cones broken. Used to be about 25% would be broken which is still a lot, but definitely getting worse.
