JOY Small Waffle Cone - 336/Case

These cones come in a new package that does Not protect them at all! They are all shatter in pieces. We keep contacting customer service about this issue.

I have been purchasing these cones for over nine years, but they have recently changed both the quantity of cones included and the packaging method. I ordered six cases, and in every single box, many of the cones arrived broken. I reached out to them, and they assured me they would send replacements; however, to this day, I still have not received them. I am experiencing the exact same problem with the baskets from the same brand. Furthermore, the people responsible for packing the items for shipment seem to lack common sense; they pack fragile items alongside heavy ones—as if they were unaware that shipping carriers handle packages roughly—which is precisely how they end up breaking. If they do not take action to resolve this issue, I will be forced to find another supplier; aside from the financial loss and wasted product, I simply cannot afford to spend so much time chatting with their support team, only to have them fail to take any meaningful action in the end.

Out of the 224 cones in the case, there were about 28 that were not broken. So that was almost 200 that were not usable at all and got thrown away. It was the same for both boxes. So I basically set $ on fire.

Packaging was changed and webstaurant stopped putting the product box inside a padded shipping box. Now 95% of our cones arrive broken. We are needing to sort thru the box to find useable product. Webstuarant is very good about replacing product but this is a headache for us and expensive for them. Need to return to box inside padded box.

for the past few months, every box of cones has been 50%-75% broken. the packaging inside the box is awful now and I don't understand what they are thinking.

A lot of them came broken

The product itself is fine, but we are throwing away about 30% of every box with broken cones. It is quite frustrating! The new packaging is not working.

Please read the reviews and actually listen. I read but bought anyway. 2 cases ordered because the old waffle cones that were shipped in foam were discontinued and this was all they had to pick from that were jacketed. At least 60% were broken beyond use and actually used then as a broken topping on sundaes. I have now stoped offering waffle cones because of the terrible condition the cones arrive in. Webstaurant was kind enough to replace one of the two cases and they were also broken to pieces. Hope this helps.

Would be fine if they figured out how to package these in a way that prevented 90% of them arriving broken.

Just as the other reviews have stated, these cones came absolutely destroyed. I don’t know why they decided to remove the foam layers in between the cones that helped protect these fragile cones. Now there's only thin cardboard in between them and has zero protection. Refrain from getting these cones until Joy Cones fixes their packaging!

PLEASE go back to the foam packaging. The new plastic, you may as well ship them in the box alone with how useless they are.

Same challenge as others. Ive ordered these in the past with no issues. Now orders come whole case(s) entirely broken, replacement order entirely broken. Cases are in a plain corrugated box with no "fragile" or reference to cones for careful handling. Many boxes are on their side virtually guaranteeing broken cones.

I am LOVING the new shipping containers that keep the cones intact. In addition, I don't have to deal with discarding all that foam!

packaging is bad. came almost all broken

The new shipment method your using with waffle cones in plastic containers are no good half of the cones were broken. When you shipped with all the foam around them was good.

We have been using these cones for about 10 years and had about 40% break rate in the old packaging - with the new packaging, well over half the cones are broken. Requesting a refund from Webstaurant has been hit or miss for me in the past, and I don't have time to do that with every order since we are an ice cream shop. Joy Cones, please bring back the old packaging!

The new packaging is horrible and results in at least 40% being completly unusable. Filed complaint with Joy and I am considering not using Joy until they change packaging. The foam cushioning was much better. Pic attach is all the cones that were unusable. We ordered 4 cases and they were all really bad.

The new packing is terrible. Thanks to webstrauranr depot they have an amazing costumer service and they ship a new box. But the new shipment will be bad too probably due to joy cones fault. Why did you change the packing? Have you ever ask store owners if they needed such a change? Seriously! Every week I am compaining to joy cones. They will lose money.

Almost entire package is busted, unprotected packaging

The new plastic packaging is horrible. We have many many broken cones with this new change. The cones also taste slighty different.

PACKAGING IS HORRIBLE! At least 1/3 or more have been damaged each time. Ordered a case and they replaced it but still the same problem!!
