Product arrived did not open the box for about 3 weeks and to my surprise out of 400 cones 260 were good but 140 were broken , wish I had open the box sooner good product but bad packaging !!! Probably won’t order again unless company makes good on this problem !! Very frustrating !!!!

I have ordered these cones in the past and have had a few broken cones. Believe what they say in the review I received the cones and I would 60% of the cones are unusable. Pay attention to the reviews and save your money

I have received my item yesterday and I opened the box today find out every raw, 4-3 cones are damaged. The main box have two boxes.

I own two successful ice cream shops and this one product could single handedly ruin my business. Each box arrives looking fine, but when you open you find, every single time, that more than HALF the cones are BROKEN. This causes tremendous stress for the team when we are busy and we look very unprofessional to customers. Why cant they get this right? Every review says the same thing!
