JOY #30 Flat Bottom Cake Cone Dispenser Pack - 600/Case

After trying different sizes of cones, I have settled on these #30 for my medium cone and use the #10 Joy cone for small. Of course all Joy products are great,

Cones are great and easy for kiddos to hold.

Love that I can order a smaller box as the season winds down. Paired these with the Large cone buddy (see my review) for the toddlers who can eat fast enough to catch the drips…cone buddy is cheaper than the amount of wet wipes and paper towels use to clean up the kiddos

The cones were as expected but did not ship well.

I ordered 2 boxes of the 750 #30 cones and nearly every cone is damaged or completely broken. Not sure how this happens as neither the Joy box nor the Webstaurant box had damage.

We use these for our regular sized cone of about 6-7 swirls. The size is sort of awkward on the small flat bottom cone buddy. The cones are always fresh, but be aware that sometimes the warehouse will ship them with other items in the same huge box. Once they shipped mine with a 25lb box of sprinkles which obviously led to many broken cones and unnecessary waste and cost for Webstaurant. To avoid this I recommend ordering cones only in an order. The company is always good at replacing broken cones but it can be frustrating to have to do that.

The cones are OK, but took exceptionally long to get here. I was almost out - but thought I would just order from Webstaurant rather than run to the local source - since it is usually only 1-2 days for delivery. This time it took 13 days to get here. I ended up running to the local store anyway. We are located in Pennsylvania; Webstaurant is in Pennsylvania; Joy cones are manufactured in Pennsylvania. But the product was shipped to us from Nevada.

All are broken! Cannot use them. Do not order!

These cones have been great. I haven't had a lot of luck with cones being shipped through the mail, they are always broken, but the way these were packageed there wasn't a single cone broken!

Love the paper wrapping. Easier to serve and eliminates having to wrap a napkin around it.

These cones are good. I gave four stars because some of them are chipped.

The cones are good but nearly every cone on the outer edges of the box arrived busted. Webstaurant doesn't have a good policy on issues like this. FedEx won't wait while we open all of our boxes to check product.

Joy makes amazing ice cream cones. These cones come with the jackets which make them perfect for self serve environments. I highly recommend this product.

We purchased these cones for our soft serve truck and couldn’t be happier. They hold up well and love the wrapper on the cone for sanitary reasons. The taste is very good as well.

4 stars because a lot of them were cracked during shipping. Webstaurantstore was awesome and sent me a new box free of charge and close to 80% of those were in good shape. Just be aware that some brackage during shipping is unavoidable with this product.

The best ice cream cones. They don't break too often (once in a while is unavoidable if being handled too hard) and the taste is delicious but doesn't overpower the actual ice cream.

Classic and delicious. Biggest problem is breakage - but even so, a few dozen out of a case of 600 isn't bad. Customers love em, which is all that matters! They seem to have changed the packaging recently, so don't be surprised. Same stuff inside!

I was excited to receive these cute cones for kids for our gelato store . We received them today but they were broken :( Very disappointed as we will not be able to use them.

Ordering my ice cream cones I was expecting to have damage when delivered I always do when ordering from other companies, but Webstaraunt took the time and effort to make sure my cones where took care of and not damaged. And too my surprise not one cone in all 30 cases was damaged! I'll continue to order my cones from Webstaraunt.

The perfect cone to put ice cream in, or in my case frozen custard. The cone is hollow on the inside, so ice cream cane go down the middle, making every bite as delicious as the last. Not to mention the texture base so there are no uh-oh spills!
