We love this Joy chocolate cookie wafers. Not only to use with ice cream sandwiches we also use them in smores. The crispy cookies are even better because they are chocolate. The Joy Chocolate Cookie Wafers are very good. I was hoping they were like the ones that I purchased from our local store but they are not near the same. I would recommend them if you are looking for a hard chocolate wafer. They arrived fresh and unbroken.

I had several damaged bags when they arrived but when I complained I got another order coming the same day. The cookies are excellent when making ice cream sandwiches. Can’t wait to try the chocolate chip ones

Thye only thing wrong with this chocoalate cookie wafer is nothing, A great tasting wafer just by itself for snacking & dunking. But! They just need a much more effiecient plastic tube wrapper for packaging. To go with a great wafer. Mostly I use them for deserts, just like making a lasanga. What flexability using any flavour of pudding, whipcream, cream cheese, fruits, nuts I desire: solo, combind, seperate layers, in the makings of Icebox Cakes & frozen sandwiches. I do not use Icecream. Homemade pudding & whipcream. Orange cream cheese pudding folded with whipcream.

I have been using the Joy Chocolate Cookie Wafers at our shop for many years, and they are very popular. However here recently due to the packaging a lot of the wafers are coming broken. You will see in the pictures remnants of the broken cookies from two boxes. Hopefully they will fix their packaging.

Use these for ice cream sandwiches . We make 100’s and customers like them . They come fully packed not many are broken
Too many broken. Need to pack them better. More filling inside the boxes to prevent moving and breakage. Also fragile or handle with care labels all over the boxes would help.

Although I haven't got the knack to twist it just right, my sandwiches are usually pretty ugly in form, but they taste fantastic. The cookie wafers soften just right when ice cream comes between them. Very good.

These are the perfect size for an ice cream sandwich. We use them with peppermint, vanilla, chocolate chip mint, and strawberry ice cream. They are a hit!

These chocolate wafer cookies make the best ice cream sandwiches. You can also just stick one on top of your ice cream and they are good just like that.
very hard cookie. I crush them to make chocolate pie crusts which holds up well with pudding or creme pies. better and cheaper than chocolate graham crakers.
These are really tasty. I am thinking about trying to make frozen yogurt sandwich's out of these for the summer for my store. We still have a ton of them, they do not sell fast but they sell.
