Thanks to this durable unit, you can successfully clean up to 41 racks per hour using a mere 0.89 gallons of water per rack. Not only will this increase productivity in your dishroom, but you'll also conserve water, which lowers utility costs and saves money in the long run. This door type machine features a generous 17 1/4" vertical chamber clearance and accepts standard 20" x 20" racks or 18" trays. Keeping your dishes and glasses clean is essential to the life of your business, and this dishwasher meets those needs.

With the high temperature, electric tank heat, this unit helps raise the inlet water temperature to 180 degrees Fahrenheit. It also comes with a 70 degree rise booster heater that helps the unit achieve appropriate rinse temperatures, and because it's already built-in, you won't have to worry about any extra electrical requirements. Plus, the exclusive Sani-Sure feature also aids in assuring proper temperatures for a maximum clean. Made with durable stainless steel and an internal condensing system that minimizes water vapor, this machine is built to withstand heavy-duty use in a humid, commercial dishroom. Specially designed stainless steel nozzles prevent clogging to provide superb cleaning action.

This dishwasher unit is easy to operate thanks to its top-mounted controls. It also features an automatic tank fill and automatic start function, a hi-limit thermostat and low water protection, a built-in pressure regulator and door interlock, and a delime cycle switch to make quick work of removing hard water deposits. Your dishes will be left sparkling clean every time! Plus, the stainless steel pump is conveniently self-draining, and this dishwasher also features four selectable wash cycles and a multi-cycle timer. For added benefit, this warewashing unit is field convertible from straight through to corner and vice versa (kit required).
