This grid must be paired with a slicing plate in order to produce a cut. When choosing a slicing plate / grid combination, be aware that very soft items may be smashed if sliced too thin.

This Hobart Dicegrd has been a great addition to the hobart machine when it comes to dice carrots. We use it on a regular basis. Not to difficult to clean. Works fast and steady. My staff find it easy to use.
