On the front of the device, there is a three-line menu-style digital display with touch keys. You'll be able to program up to 50 different cook settings, and the extended memory allows for activity logging, reporting, or diagnostics over months of use. This device requires a 3 phase, 240V connection to operate.
Extends Oil Life
No separate pumps and pans are required with this electric pressure fryer. No handling of hot oil is required. The life of the frying oil is extended thanks to the built-in filtration system. This improves product quality and reduces overall oil costs.
