Capable of holding 75 lb. of oil, this pressure fryer is ready to service high-volume operations! You'll be able to cook up to 8 head of chicken at once. The redesigned oil pot also enables you to cook the same amount of food while cooking with 25% less oil. A built-in filtration system safety drain pumps oil through system filters and returns it back, and it makes oil last up to four times longer than other fryers! For safety, the patented counter-balanced lid lift and lock system enables one handed operation.

Integrated with Henny Penny's most advanced software, this unit offers an easy-to-control interface to streamline the cook process no matter the product! On the front of the device, there is a three-line menu style digital display with touch keys. You'll be able to program up to 50 different cook settings, and the extended memory allows for activity logging, reporting, or diagnostics over months of use. This device requires a three phase 208V connection to operate.
Extends Oil Life
No separate pumps and pans are required with this electric pressure fryer. No handling of hot oil is required. The life of the frying oil is extended thanks to the built-in filtration system. This improves product quality and reduces overall oil costs.
