This vegan cheese replacement has a solid flavor and even tastes a bit milky and creamy. It melts well just like the real thing, so it works well on pizza and flatbread. It can burn quickly, so you have to be a bit careful not to let it overcook. We like to use it for focaccia and pizza. It is not quite as good as real fresh mozzarella, but it is a quality substitute, especially if you use other toppings as well.
