This countertop fryer features 53,000 BTUs of heating power to thoroughly cook your most popular entrees and sides. Its snap-action thermostats ensure fast recovery times, and the high performance stainless steel tube burners provide consistent heating. The exterior is made of stainless steel for long-lasting durability, and the stainless steel fry pot has includes a drain valve and extension pipe for easy draining after use. Plus, it has a removable oil pan to aid in easy cleaning!

This fryer is also crafted with a high limit thermostat protection for user safety. And thanks to its 4" adjustable stainless steel legs, this fryer stays stable and at the proper cooking height when in use. Each fryer holds up the 30 lb. of oil, and each fry basket holds up to 5 lb. of product. This allows you to cook various menu items to have a bunch of different items for your customers! Additionally, the fry baskets are nickel-plated with cool-to-touch insulated handles to keep your employees safe, and the fryer has built in nesting grooves to hang the baskets, allowing the oil to drip back in the fryer.
