An excellent addition to bowling alleys, family restaurants, and concession stands, this oven is not only able to bake a 16" original crust pizza in approximately 8-12 minutes, but can also be used to cook garlic and cheese breads, egg rolls, and bagels. Thanks to the manual 15 minute timer, you can cook your product for a bit less time, a bit more time, or even use the hold option for continuous use to get the perfect results you're looking for time after time! And to give you added control over the cooking process, the thermostat is adjustable from 100-675 degrees Fahrenheit.

This unit is driven by powerful calrod heating elements that combine a rugged exterior construction to deliver the long-lasting performance you demand! A convenient flip up handle allows you to easily scoop product right out of the oven and into a to-go box, and then flips down and out of the way when not in use. To help expedite end of day cleaning, a removable tray is included so that you can easily get rid of crumbs and excess toppings. A 120V electrical connection is required for operation.
