Great for snack bars, concession stands, and any place where customers are looking for a hot snack on the go, this oven makes it easy to add hot foods to your menu. The elements deliver a total of 1750W and a cooking temperature range of 90-550 degrees Fahrenheit, giving pizzas a crispy crust. Thanks to a 60 minute timer and an adjustable thermostat, you can set your oven to perfectly bake each food item on your menu. The oven has the ability to operate on a timer or to stay on to accommodate higher demand.

This oven features independent top and bottom elements so that it can work as a salamander, for baking, or as an oven. Made from stainless steel, this multi-functional oven is durable enough to stand up to the rigors of even high-volume kiosks and snack bars. This also makes the oven easy to clean. Plus, a removable crumb tray is located on the bottom of the unit. This tray catches crumbs as they fall off the product during baking, and makes it easy to remove them during routine oven cleaning. The 3" legs keep the oven stable on countertops and makes it easier to clean underneath the unit.

This oven comes with a wire baking rack to easily load and unload frozen pizzas, sandwiches, and other quick bites. The handle allows your staff to safely remove freshly baked snacks from the oven. This oven has a 12" wide by 3" tall opening for the wire product rack, and it is wide enough to accommodate a 12" pizza perfectly.
